InsightFlow Learn – AI-Enabled Digital Learning Platform (Outlier AI)
InsightFlow Learn is an AI-enabled digital learning and adoption platform designed to support structured onboarding, capability development, and consistent use of AI systems across a global user base. The platform provides a scalable, user-centred learning experience through guided content, progress tracking, and performance insights, helping organisations improve adoption, quality, and responsible use of AI. Delivered within a fast-paced, regulated AI environment, the product was built with strong emphasis on quality assurance, ethical standards, and governance controls to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable deployment at scale.
Key Responsibilites
In my role as AI & Digital Project Specialist (HR & Machine Learning Programmes), I supported the end-to-end delivery of InsightFlow Learn through structured planning, coordination, testing, and rollout activities.
I used Microsoft Project to manage delivery timelines, milestones, and dependencies across workstreams, and Smartsheet to maintain PMO-level trackers, action logs, and progress reports.
For iterative and lighter delivery streams, I coordinated tasks using Monday.com and Asana, enabling clear ownership and delivery cadence.
I maintained RAID logs, trackers, and registers to proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and used SharePoint for controlled document management, versioning, and audit-ready storage of delivery artefacts.
To support senior decision-making and continuous improvement, I developed Power BI dashboards providing visibility of adoption, engagement, and performance metrics, contributing to improved learning completion, faster user readiness, and controlled, compliant delivery.
