Cloudenly HR is a cloud-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) designed to support organisations with the secure, scalable management of core HR processes. The platform enables structured handling of employee data, onboarding, workforce administration, and operational reporting, supporting consistency, compliance, and visibility across multiple organisations operating in regulated environments. Delivery focused on reliability, usability, and controlled adoption, ensuring the solution could be confidently deployed at scale.
Key Responsibilites
As Project Delivery Officer, I provided end-to-end project delivery and governance support across multiple workstreams, coordinating planning, delivery tracking, and stakeholder engagement across product, engineering, and business teams
I developed and maintained delivery dashboards and management information to support decision-making, contributed to structured trials, pilot deployments, and user testing cycles, and supported risk, issue, and dependency management to ensure readiness for release.
I also maintained audit-ready documentation and data governance controls, and supported the development of standardised onboarding materials and operating procedures, helping to improve delivery efficiency, reduce rework, and accelerate adoption.
